Normally, I don't like to take a part in any scene full of people like this, thus it's just a coincidence. lol

Numéro INE - 國家學生編號

INE : Identifiant national Etudiant (也看過E作為 élève, 不過差不多是相同意思)
似乎是有在法國大學註冊過就會有一個這個編號
由十個數字或字母所組成
然後它就會一直跟隨著你 即便你換了一所大學
